Triple A Containers designs and manufactures a wide range of custom corrugated boxes and inner packaging, such as inserts, pads and scored sheets to protect your product while on its way to market. Boxes or cardboard display boxes can be produced plain, or printed with your logo and any shipping information you require.

We also design and manufacture multi packs, which may consist of a wood or corrugated pallet, a corrugated box and inner packing made of corrugated or foam.

Custom Packaging Dictionary

For any one that's new to the corrugated packaging industry, this page is to familiarize you with some basic terms. Don't be alarmed if these seem a bit confusing, our sales staff will be more than happy to answer whatever questions you may have

Bursting Strength

The strength of material in pounds per square inch as measured by the Cady or Mullen Test.

Corrugated Board Single Wall

The structure formed by one corrugated inner member glued between two flat facings.

Corrugated Board Double Wall The structure formed by three flat facings and two intermediate corrugated members.
Corrugated board Triple wall The structure formed by four flat facings and three intermediate corrugated members.
Die Cut A cut made with special steel rule dies. These cuts allow for a more customizable container

Flute

One of the wave shapes in the inner portion of combined corrugated material. The flutes below are the most commonly used.

Container Types

Container types vary with the project. Here are a few different types of containers used in packaging.
